Here at Professional Tool Manufacturing, we are tool users and tool lovers. We have a number of user groups that help us develop our products, and we have a great group of customers who help us constantly by offering ideas and suggestions to improve our products and service. Customers are what keep us in business and we greatly value and appreciate all feedback and suggestions that we receive.

Due to the large volume of suggestions and ideas that we receive (and various legal issues), please understand if you submit an idea to us, it will become our property to use as we see fit.  Just to be clear up front - if you submit an idea to us, we will have no obligation to use your idea, to keep your idea secret, or to pay you any amount of money or other compensation as a result of you sharing your idea with us. 

We will read each and every one of your submissions.  As a way of saying thank you for your submission, we will hold a prize drawing quarterly and award prizes for what we deem are particularly worthy submissions. No purchase is required to submit your idea or suggestion. We don’t know why it would be prohibited, but our lawyers insist on informing you that this offer is void where prohibited, and may be cancelled at any time without notice.
